RULES OF CONDUCT
COACHES 1. Take a course on the Laws. 2. Be accepting of the referees decisions. 3. Do not make loud, offensive remarks. 4. Be a role model of fair play. 5. Set high standards. 6. Discourage unfair gamesmanship. 7. Just say no to drugs and alcohol. 8. Communicate with parents often. 9. Continue education in the sport. 10. Be firm with parents at the games.
REFEREES 1. Know the Law and the rules. 2. Be professional;( ie. on time, in proper uniform, etc..) 3. Attend meetings, clinics and seminars. 4. Show respect to players, coaches, parents and spectators. 5. Explain the rules, when needed. 6. Be firm, fair and honest. 7. Be consistent. 8. Be neutral. 9. Know and use proper procedures. 10. Just say no to drugs and alcohol.
PARENTS 1. Be knowledgeable of the game. 2. Encourage fair play. 3. Be supportive;ie. be sure the player attends practices, pick up on time, etc.. 4. Attend games. 5. Be positive or quiet at games. 6. Be respectful to officials, coaches, player and other spectators. 7. Support the referees and coaches decisions. 8. Concentrate on praising other peoples children during games. 9. Encourage communication between coach and parent. 10. Be a good role model.
